In Stage 2: Qualified potential purchasers will execute a second Confidentiality Agreement. LINK at its absolute and sole discretion will decide which interested parties will proceed further with the sale process, and only then will they be provided with an Information Memorandum. After reviewing the Information Memorandum, interested parties may request site visits and access to management. Other reasonable requests will be considered.
